Webship is operated by UpSunday LLC ("Webship", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you apply for the course on one of the Webship founder sites and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, from the application form.
- Whether you ticked the SMS opt-in box.
- Where you came from: the UTM tags in the link you used (for example source and campaign), and which Webship site you applied on.
How we use it
- To contact you about the course by phone call and email, and by text message (SMS) if you ticked the SMS box.
- To give you course access and support.
- To see which of our links and videos bring people in.
Text messages: message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
- We store your details in Close (close.com), our CRM, which processes them for us. Our team uses them to follow up with you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're a lead or student and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop all contact, email support@webshipping.ai. To stop texts, reply STOP.
